I was born in California and moved to Arizona with my family in 2010. My parents are Russian, and I grew up around a community of Greek friends, so I came up speaking English, Russian, and Greek.
I was raised in the Orthodox Church, so its weddings have always been part of my life. There is something about a day that carries this much meaning, for the couple, for their families, and for their faith, that I love getting to document.
